Warehouse Supervisor - Burlington
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to work with a leading logistics partner in Burlington. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely and accurately, and coordinating with management to meet production goals.
Shift Patterns
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay Rates
16.25 - 20.25 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Warehouse Supervisor
Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Assign tasks, coordinate staffing, and monitor attendance and employee performance.
Supervise receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory activities.
Train and coach employees on procedures, equipment use, and workplace expectations.
Conduct floor walks to address operational issues and reinforce safety standards.
Track productivity, resolve workflow delays, and communicate updates to management.
Skills and Qualifications for Warehouse Supervisor
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, production reports, and incident documentation.
Address employee concerns and coordinate with HR or staffing partners as needed.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
Team Player.
Strong communication skills.
Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Supervisor
Supervise daily warehouse operations and assign tasks to team members.
Monitor attendance and productivity levels to ensure operational efficiency.
Enforce safety procedures and maintain a secure working environment.
Coordinate with management to meet staffing and production needs.
Provide administrative support and oversight to ensure smooth facility operations.
Location: Burlington. This position is based in a key logistics hub in New Jersey.
