Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to modernize legacy Oracle Forms applications by migrating them to Oracle APEX on Oracle Database 19c. The candidate must have strong Oracle PL/SQL development skills, SQL performance tuning, web services integration, application security, and experience with the full SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Skills:
5 7 years of Oracle APEX development.
5 7 years of Oracle PL/SQL (procedures, functions, packages, complex queries).
Strong Oracle RDBMS knowledge; Oracle 19c preferred.
SQL Developer and/or TOAD.
SQL debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
Data modeling and web services integration.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
Preferred: Oracle Forms-to-APEX migration, XML, HTML, Java, PL/SQL APIs, SOA, Agile/Scrum, and environmental systems experience.
