Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer - Agentforce- Remote
Role Summary
Hands-on, customer-facing engineer who designs, builds, deploys, and optimizes Salesforce Agentforce and AI solutions. Translate customer business problems into production-ready implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce agentic-AI solutions.
- Configure autonomous agents, topics, actions, prompts, guardrails, and orchestration workflows.
- Develop with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integrations.
- Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, CRM data, external APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Lead discovery, prototyping, troubleshooting, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and production deployments.
- Build AI workflows with LLMs, prompting, RAG/grounding, and conversational AI.
- Evaluate and improve agent accuracy, reliability, security, and user experience.
- Guide architecture, governance, security, scalability, and performance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Practical Salesforce Agentforce implementation experience.- Strong Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and REST API integration skills.
- AI/LLM-powered application or agent deployment experience.
- Prompt engineering, RAG, grounding, agent orchestration, and AI-evaluation knowledge.
- Salesforce integrations with external applications and data sources.
- Strong production troubleshooting and deployment experience.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and solutioning skills.
- Ability to independently lead a use case from discovery through production.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Agentforce/Data Cloud certifications; Einstein AI or Data Cloud experience; or prior Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or customer-facing engineering experience.
