Salary: $113,000 - 153,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• At least 5 years of experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Lightning development, including LWC.
• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• At least 2 years of experience with API integrations and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Batch Apex and/or Scheduled Apex.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automation.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for CI/CD, source control, and release management.
• Experience with data migration and cloud integrations.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.
• Preferred: Experience with Conga and Drawloop.
• Preferred: Familiarity with government processes, compliance, and FedRAMP-compliant environments.
• Candidates must be within 90 miles of Lansing, Michigan, when submitted.
• Candidates must be available to work onsite in Lansing every Tuesday and Wednesday, starting on Day 1; remote-only candidates will not be considered.

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions that support business workflows.
• Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Gather technical requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.
• Develop and maintain integrations with cloud-based and on-premises applications.
• Manage SFDX development, branching, merging, deployments, and release cycles.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and development standards.
• Support data migration, data quality, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Document technical solutions, identify risks, and facilitate knowledge transfer to maintenance teams.
