Develop and architect Salesforce solutions for UCSF Human Resources, enhancing customer service and HRIS applications through Agentforce AI, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Build secure, scalable integrations with AWS telephony and enterprise systems while automating workflows and improving user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flow automation.
Integrate Salesforce with Amazon Connect, MuleSoft, and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other integration methods.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, architect solutions, implement secure development practices, and manage testing and deployment.
