The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting HVAC systems, completing apartment or residential repairs, and maintaining safe, comfortable living environments for residents

Residential Maintenance Technician – HVAC Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Sunday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Perform routine HVAC maintenance, including changing filters and inspecting equipment.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical and plumbing issues.
• Complete drywall repairs, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Repair doors, locks, fixtures, and other residential components.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance guidelines.

Residential Maintenance Technician – HVAC Qualifications:

• Previous residential or apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Hands-on HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance requests.
