In this role, you will answer inbound calls to schedule, modify, and confirm paratransit, shuttle, and other trips, ensuring accurate information and on-time service. Using scheduling software, you’ll enter ride details, verify eligibility, and coordinate with dispatch and operations teams. You will provide courteous, informed assistance to riders of all abilities, uphold MV’s safety and service standards, maintain detailed records, and contribute to a respectful, team-focused, and community-centered culture.
