Pave Bank is building the next generation of financial infrastructure, combining modern banking with secure and scalable operations. We are launching a paid Junior Operations Program to develop early-career talent and build a strong pipeline for future permanent roles.
Program Overview
The Junior Operations Program is a 3 month paid rotation designed for candidates with no prior professional experience . Participants will work closely with the Operations team, primarily supporting payment processing and operational workflows . High-performing participants will be considered for permanent full-time roles at the end of the program.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in banking and financial operations.
