LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire a Financial Operations Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia for a hybrid work environment. This Financial Operations Analyst role is a Direct Hire opportunity focused on supporting FP&A and financial analysis for an operational/manufacturing environment, with exposure to the chemical side of the business. Our client is moving quickly due to two recent resignations, making this a great time for a Financial Operations Analyst who is early in their career to step into a visible role, sharpen reporting skills, and support a team that is eager to see multiple strong candidates.
ResponsibilitiesSupport FP&A and financial analysis efforts focused on operations (non-commercial), including support for the chemical side of the business
Produce and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting to support business needs and decision-making
Partner with stakeholders across operations/manufacturing to provide financial support and insights
Qualifications
1-2 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
Preferred experience in FP&A and/or financial analysis
Strong reporting experience
Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or commercial finance is a plus
CPG experience and/or exposure to a manufacturing/operational environment is a strong plus
