Salary: $81,366.4 - 142,292.8 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent, or an A+, CND (Certified Network Defender), Network+, or Security+ credential.
• We require a current, active U.S. Government security clearance at the TS/SCI level with polygraph.
• We require at least 2 years of experience working with server hardware.
• We require at least 1 year of experience with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• We require an active Security+ certification, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of starting.
• We prefer a bachelors degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent professional or military experience.
• We prefer hands-on experience with hardware platforms such as Dell or HP.
• We prefer networking experience with CCNA and/or Network+ certifications.

• We troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of data center infrastructure issues, including hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems.
• We apply IT concepts such as computer architecture and the OSI model to solve technical challenges.
• We perform physical data center work, including capacity planning and tracking, rack deployment, rack cabling, hardware and software troubleshooting, and rack decommissioning.
• We take ownership of technical issues raised by our customers and partner with other teams when needed to drive resolution.
• We use strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and fix issues at the root cause.
• We maintain service level agreements through proactive issue detection and reporting.
• We act quickly and independently when direction or support is limited.
• We improve operational effectiveness through process innovation.
• We work across multiple sites and may support day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• We lift and move material up to 40 pounds, work in cramped or elevated areas, bend, stretch, reach, stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, stairs, and gangways safely, and work in noisy environments.
• We work shifts longer than 8 hours to support 24/7 operations.
